Valuations are conducted with due consideration for the purpose and subject of the valuation. In our valuations, we apply standard methods, based on yield, comparable and asset approaches. The final report is a complete document taking the form of an expert opinion. An expert opinion clarifies the various aspects of a problem, evaluates the results of interim analyses and contains the author’s final opinion on the subject-matter.
